Based in Penarth, Home Access is a small housing charity working with those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and can assist in accessing privately rented property across the Vale of Glamorgan.

The history of Home Access dates back to the 1980's when a small group of Christian believers set up Tabs Cares, to help people in the Penarth area who were homeless or under threat of becoming homeless.  In 1993 Tabs Cares became Home Access and then evolved to a registered UK charity in 1996.  Today, still deeply rooted in our Christian belief of helping the poor and those in need, we help with housing issues not only in Penarth but right across the Vale of Glamorgan.
